1. Overview

BlockGram ("BlockGram," "we," "our," or "us") provides a non-custodial, chat-based interface that enables users to interact with blockchain networks directly from messaging environments, including Telegram.

BlockGram combines artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to assist users with payments, asset management, and programmable financial actions. BlockGram does not operate as a bank, custodian, or financial intermediary.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BlockGram after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use BlockGram, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Use the Services for lawful purposes only

If you use BlockGram on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Nature of the Services

Non-Custodial Design

BlockGram is strictly non-custodial:

• We do not hold user funds
• We do not store private keys or seed phrases
• We cannot access or move your assets

Wallets are created and managed through user-controlled cryptographic keys, stored securely on user devices where possible.

AI-Assisted Interaction

BlockGram uses AI to interpret user intent and automate workflows. AI outputs are assistive only and may be incorrect or incomplete. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming transactions before execution.

Blockchain Finality

All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. BlockGram cannot reverse, cancel, or modify completed transactions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse BlockGram or assist others in doing so. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Sending or receiving assets derived from unlawful sources
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting identity
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or safeguards
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or system logic
• Using BlockGram to distribute malware or scams

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

5. Fees and Network Costs

BlockGram does not charge platform usage fees unless explicitly stated.

However, users are responsible for:

• Blockchain network fees ("gas")
• Bridge or Layer-2 fees
• Fees imposed by third-party protocols

BlockGram may abstract or subsidize fees in certain cases, but does not guarantee fee-free transactions.

6. No Custody, No Recovery

BlockGram does not provide account recovery services for lost keys, devices, or access credentials.

If you lose access to your wallet, assets may be permanently inaccessible. You acknowledge and accept this risk.

7. Telegram and Third-Party Dependencies

BlockGram operates within third-party platforms and networks, including:

• Telegram
• Public blockchain networks
• Smart contracts
• Bridges and Layer-2 solutions

We do not control these systems and are not responsible for outages, failures, censorship, bans, or data handling by third parties. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, documentation, and proprietary systems associated with BlockGram are the intellectual property of BlockGram or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to BlockGram at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your actions pose risk to users or the system
• Required by law or regulation

You may stop using BlockGram at any time. Termination does not affect completed blockchain transactions.

10. Risk Disclosure

By using BlockGram, you acknowledge and accept risks including, but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to user error
• AI misinterpretation of intent
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Blockchain congestion or failure
• Bridge or interoperability risks
• Market volatility

BlockGram does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockGram shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds, keys, or access
• Failed or delayed transactions
• AI errors or incorrect outputs
• Third-party failures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed any fees paid to BlockGram, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlockGram, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of BlockGram's incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
